OI buildup bullish (money in calls) but PCR rising (puts gaining) = conflict. Either hedging (not conviction) or a sentiment flip. Feature oi_pcr_div = sign(oi_buildup) vs sign(pcr_change). When they disagree, the model waits -- conviction requires agreement. Retail acts on one signal and gets chopped; the framework demands both align or it stands aside.
